We’re briefly departing from the Book of Acts this week for a special Father’s Day message. We’re reflecting on how we influence others—especially as fathers, but really in any role we hold. We are reminded that we were created in God’s image for relationship with Him, and that this relationship shapes everything about how we live, love, and lead. Influence isn’t just about being intentional—it happens whether we mean to or not—so we’re called to live lives marked by presence, humility, integrity, self-control, and boldness. We know how vital a father’s presence is to a child’s sense of security, but also how all of us, whether parents or not, impact those around us. In a world full of distraction and compromise, we need to be centered in God’s truth and character, seeking His presence daily so we reflect His image with authenticity and love to all those around us.
