Series: Good Riddance

When we walk by the Spirit, He frees us from sin, renews our thinking, strengthens our obedience, helps us overcome sinful habits, draws us closer to God, and empowers our prayers with His presence and guidance.

Even as new creations in Christ, we still battle ingrained sinful habits that neither God’s law nor our best intentions can remove, but through the Holy Spirit’s power we can find true freedom and victory.

This message reminds us that through Christ we’ve died to the slavery of sin and now live in freedom, so we’re called to daily reject sin’s hold and intentionally offer every part of ourselves to God.
